摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜首次对报春花科3属5种植物的花粉形态进行了观察研究,报道了花粉形态特征。探讨了花粉形态特征在分类学上的意义。结果表明花粉形态、大小和萌发沟及外壁雕纹可作为属和种的分类依据。
This paper is the first report of the morphologia characteristics under SEM of five species of three genus in primulaceae from shandong. The taxonomic significance of these characteristics is also discussed. The results showed that the genus and species of primulaceae can be classified on the basis of the shape, the size, the colpus and exine sculpture of pollen grains.
