摘要
通过介绍串行EEPROM芯片在MCS-51单片机系统中的应用,为单片机应用数据存储器的扩展,提供一个新的理念,从而有效地提高了单片机CPU的引脚资源利用率,为单片机应用系统设计、开发、数据管理提供了又一种结构形式。
This essay focuses on the application of serial EEPROM in the MCS-51 singlechip system, on which the author provides new ideas to expand the capacity of the storage of the singlechip as well as a new structure to improve its efficiency of down-lead resources, so that the design, development and data management of the application system of the singlechip can be greatly promoted.
