摘要
用DCM染料和香豆素染料掺杂,成功地实现了有机薄膜电致发光颜色的改变,得到了从蓝绿到红色的发光,同时提高了器件的发光亮度,用不同区域掺杂方法,分析讨论了电致发光的机理,探讨了激子的产生区域和复合区域。
Doped with DCM and five kinds of coumarine laser dyes, the Alq3 TFEL devices have been made. They emit in different colours, from blue-green to red with higher brightness than undoped device. The generation and recombination regions of moleculer exciton have been investigated by the use of EL spectra of different devices where the DCM was doped at different zones in the Alq3 layer. It is showed that the excitons are generated at a narrow zone in the emitting film, 30nm apart from the ITO surface and diffuse at both directions toward cathode and anode untill they are trapped and recombined at emitting center.
