摘要
针对不同浓度甲烷气体温度对测量误差影响不同的问题,分析了非色散红外甲烷传感器测量原理及影响测量的因素,分别对温度和浓度进行线性拟合,提出了双重最小二乘动态补偿算法。采用该算法对MIPEX红外甲烷传感器进行补偿,结果表明该算法具有很好的补偿效果。
As different concentration methane has different temperature Characteristic, a novel least squares algorithmfor dynam-ic compensation has been presented after fitting the temperature and concentration respectively. This algorithm has been used to com-pensate MIPEX Infrared methane sensor, and obtain excellent dynamic characteristics.
