摘要
介绍了某特钢厂LF钢包精炼炉控制系统中的合金化模型,以及造成合金化模型不准确的主要原因是合金加料操作存在误差所导致。结合生产现场现有基础自动化设备的功能和特点,研究了造成加料误差的各种原因,采用分段配料法优化合金加料控制的整个过程,从根本上有效地提高了合金化模型的准确性。
Introduce the alloying model control system in a steel plant in ladle furnace, as well as the main reason of alloying model inaccuracy is alloy charging operation errors. Combined with the functions and features of the automation equipment, study on the reasons of the errors, using piecewise batching method optimize the entire process, fundamentally effective to improve the ac-curacy of alloying model.
