摘要
选用中心频率为1MHz的收发两用的超声波换能器,结合单片机技术,设计了一种高精度的基于塑料管道的小口径超声电子水表。文中详细论述了硬件设计,并结合硬件设计给出了软件设计流程。该电子水表与传统模式的机械表相比,具有精度高,测量范围宽,结构简单,压损小等特点,可以真实地反映用户的用水量。
The center frequency of 1MHz transceiver piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducers is selected in this article, combined with microcomputer technology to design a kind of high-precision ultrasonic electronic water meter based on plastic pipe.Hardware design is discussed in detail in this paper, combined with the hardware design the software design process are given. Compared with the traditional model of mechanical watch, the electronic meter has high precision and wide measuring range, simple structure, low pressure loss, etc, can truly reflect the user's water consumption.
