摘要
提出苯酚和对苯二酚的一阶导教-同步荧光测定法,并应用于印刷厂制版车间的污水和环境水样的测定。在柠檬酸二钠-盐酸介质中(pH=3.0)以△λ=20nm进行同步扫描时,可以避免拉曼散射的影响,苯酚和对苯二酚的一阶导数-同步荧光光谱的峰位置分别为290nm/302nm和312/326nm,峰高与浓度呈线性关系,线性范围均为0~80ng/ml,相关系数均为0.999,同时测定时检测限分别为0.65ng/ml和0.97ng/ml。
A method of first order derivative-synchronous fluorimetric for the simultaneous determination of trace phenol and p-dihydroxybenzene has been established. When AX =20 nm is used for synchronous scanning, the peak wavelengths of first order derivative-synchronous fluorescence spectra for phenol and p-dihydroxybenzene in disodium citrate-hydrochloric acid medium (pH = 3. 0) are 290 nm/302 nm and 312 nm/326 nm ,respectively. The peak-height is proportional to the concentration of corresponding component. The influence of Raman scattering can be avoided under the experimental conditions. The calibration curves for phenol and p-dihydroxybenzene . linear over the range of 0-80ng/ml. Their detection limits are 0. 65 ng/ml and 0. 97 ng/ml,respectively. The determination results of phenol include both m-dihydroxybenzene and o-dinydroxybenzene. The method has been applied to the analyses of waste and environmental water samples,the relative standard deviations of 2. 4%and 6. 4% and the mean recoveries of 98. 9% and 109. 6% for phenol and p-dihydroxybenzene, respectively, can be expected.
