摘要
建立了工艺润滑油(十二烷醇-硬脂酸-煤油体系)中两种添加剂——十二烷醇和硬脂酸的红外光谱定量分析方法,计算并分析了υ_及υ_伸缩振动特征谱带对添加剂含量分析的最大绝对误差及标准偏差,用υ_代替通常使用的υ_谱带测定十二烷醇的含量,既避免了大气中水汽的干扰,又提高了方法的准确度,标准偏差:用微分法时,十二烷醇为0.07%,硬脂酸0.12%;而用积分法时,则十二烷醇为0.03%,硬脂酸0.04%。
The quantitative analysis, by infrared spectrophotometry, of lauryl alcohol and stearic acid additives in a lauryl alcohol-steaeic acid-kerosene lubricant has been established. Influences of characteristic stretching vibration bands, vc-o and vc_o, on maximum absolute error and standard deviation in the additive content analysis, empolying differentiation and integration, were computed and analysed. In the determination of lauryl alcohol content, replacing the commonly adopted VO-H with vc-o band, not only was the interference of moisture avoided, but accuracy was also enhanced. Using differentiation method, the standard deviation of lauryl alcohol was 0. 07 % , and that of stearic acid, 0. 12%; with the integration method, they were, lauryl alcohol, 0. 03% and stearic acid, 0.04%.
