摘要
针对在高精度测试领域中,对系统的精度、网络化和成本的要求,提出了一种基于串行总线的高精度网络化测量网络,它充分利用了一些串行总线的优点,简化了系统和网络,并采用高精度的模数转换芯片提高系统的分辨率,同时采用可在线修正传感器的特性系数的方案,从而提高测量的精度。系统由一个主机和几个从机组成,它们之间利用MODBUS协议进行通讯,从而完成对整个系统的测量和控制。最后结合高精度测温系统实现了测温网络的功能。
In the field of high precision measurement,must think of precision,realizing network and cost of the detect system.A measurement network based on serial bus is proposed,it use the merits of some serial buses to build the system and network and use high precision A/D to raise the resolving power.Also realize to change the character data according to different transducer on line.In this system,there is one host machine and some attendant machines and the host communicate with the attendants using the MODBUS protocol.A high precision measuring temperature system is also devised and it is used as one attendant machine in the network.
