摘要
在阐述PCB模件及功能测试方法的基础上,介绍了我们基于虚拟仪器思想开发的PCB模件功能测试系统的基本结构和设计思想,并就主机软件、模拟测试、数字测试和通道切换等关键技术和实施要点做了进一步的说明和讨论,最后以一个测试实例说明系统的使用方法。
Based on the discussion of the PCB Function Module and its function testing methods,this paper introduces the general structure and design thought of a new system developed by us.The key points about the main computer software,analog and digital testing device module,and the channel switch are discussed in detail.The system using method is also illustrated by an actual testing example.
