摘要
本文首次把波形松驰迭代法和拉普拉斯变换相结合,提出了时域分析高速数字集成电路传输线的新方法。这种方法计算量小,适用范围广;实例表明,计算结果精确和稳定。
A new approach, based on the waveform relaxation technique and numerical inversion of the Laplace transform, is presented for the analysis of lossy coupled transmission lines with arbitrary linear terminal networks. A considerable reduction of CPU time and savings in computer memory has been achieved, the method is more reliable and efficient than previous published methods based on the nodal admittance matrix and the fast Fourier transform.
