摘要
活性和分散染料是两类最重要的染料。由于对染料的牢度性能要求愈来愈高 ,特别是活性染料染浅色织物的日晒牢度和染深浓色织物的水洗牢度和湿摩擦牢度 ;分散染料染色后热迁移牢度等 ,困绕着印染行业的产品优化 ,成为业内关注的热点问题。本文就这些问题中关于染料、助剂和印染加工工艺进行较为详细的探讨 。
Reactive and disperse dyes are the main dyes used in textile industry. At present, more and more people concern about the colorfastness of the dyeings, especially about the light fastness in light shade and fastness to washing and wet crocking in dark shade with reactive dyes, as well as the thermal migration fastness with disperse dyes. This paper covers the details of dyes, auxiliaries, process conditions and measures as well.
