摘要
光互连是提高电子计算机的运算速度和容量、发展超高速计算机的有力手段。本文叙述计算机光互连的优点和互连方式,介绍了用于光互连的光电子器件及其最新进展,这些器件包括激光二极管、光电探测器和光电子集成电路。
Optical interconnections play an important role in increasing computation speed and volume capacity for electronic computers, as well as in the development of supercomputers. This paper describes the advantages and techniques of optical interconnections. Optoelectronic devices such as laser diodes, photodetectors and optoelectronic integrated circuits.for optical interconnections are presented along with their recent advances.
