摘要
本文首先简述加速发展先进的军用微波、毫米波系统的战略意义及其对固态微波、毫米波器件的高标准要求,嗣后重点评述目前国际上适应先进军用系统需求的固态微波、毫米波器件的前沿研究现状及其发展。
This paper emphasizes the strategic significance to speed, up the development of advanced microwave / millimeter-wave systems for military application and its high standard require-ment on solid state microwave / millimeter-wave devices. Review is centred on the forward research and development of solid state microwave / millimeter-wave devices to meet the needs of advanced military systems in the present world.
