摘要
在复杂领域(如基于知识的决策支持系统)中,运用知识工程技术,往往需要表示和处理多种结构的知识,这就需要突破单一知识表示形式的限制。本文对集成知识系统的概念进行了探讨,并提出一种构思以实现多种知识表示形式和处理技术的集成。作为这一构思的应用实例,本文介绍了一个以集成知识系统为核心的DSS生成器MSAAG。它以市场营销决策为应用领域,可以灵活地使用框架、网络、产生式规则等多种知识表示形式,并结合常规的决策支持方法(如建模、决策分析等),生成专用的营销决策支持系统MDSSG,较充分地体现了集成知识系统的结构特征和应用潜能。
It is need to break the limit of simple knowledge representation because of the demand for representing and processing multistructural knowledge in the complex domain such as knowledge-based DSS. This paper is going to discuss the concept of integrated knowledge systems and show an idea to integrate multiple representation of knowledge with corresponding processing techniques. As an example, this paper will introduce a DSS generator named MDSSG in the kernel of which the integrated knowledge systems are placed. To counter market decision, people can use multiple knowledge representation such as frame, network and production rule flexibly, and combine them with conventional decision support methods to generate a specific decision support system for marketing. MDSSG is a good example to show the structural feature and potential applications of integrated knowledge systems.
