研究了超高碳钢的组织和性能。试验表明,该钢完全奥氏体化淬火后通过高温回火得到大量超细球状碳化物,然后在低温奥氏体化进行二次淬火和正火,获得超细马氏体、珠光体。分析讨论了二次淬火后马氏体的组织与亚结构,测量了该材料的主要力学性能。
The microstructure and properties of ultra-high carbon steel (UHCS) was investigated. The results indicate that ultra-fine spheroidized carbides were formed by complete austenizing with high temperature tempering, and ultra-fine martensite or pearlite could be formed when the steel was then heated to lower austenizing temperature and quenched or normalized. The martensite substructure after quenching and the effect of grain size on the martensite substructure had been studied. The mechanical properties were measured.
