摘要
我国农技推广信息来源广泛但采集手段和处理技术落后 ,技术服务有基础且悠久但信息服务新生且弱小 ,全国信息化有先进但普遍落后 ,我国农技推广信息网站起步较晚但发展很快。推进农技推广信息化须抓需求驱动、分类指导、注重实效。解决认识、保障、措施等问题 ,按照一套标准、二个中心、三套网络、四个数据库、五类应用的思路 。
In our country, agro-tech extension information has abroad source but with lagged collection method and procession technology. The technology service has a long history and profound foundation but the information service is newly founded. Our national agro-tech extension web site was founded late but with fast development. To push forward the informationization of the agro-tech extension, it is important to increase the requirement, classify guidance and lay stress on the actual effect. Solving the problems such as knowledge, guarantee and measure etc. According to the thought of one set standard, two control center, three sets of networks , four databases and five kinds of application to push forward the informationization step by step .
