摘要
区域综合开发包括发展战略,规划和计划等方面研究和任务,这些带有任务性质的研究,习惯上主要据经验进行区域实践研究,也发展一些相应的定量计算方法,与此同时,定性的理论分析常被忽略。笔者经十年努力,建立了结合地域结构对应变换分析与发展学的四维全息区域发展研究,在此理论研究基础上更进一步开展元科学与操作性结合的区域综合开发理论探讨,本文为这方面定性研究的系统分析。笔者在建立这一定性理论过程中,开展了全国、各级行政区、有关区域的众多综合开发案例和实例研究,大部分案例研究都有实践意义,有关措施建议广泛为地方当局所采纳。
Regional Integrate development ineludes the study and task of development strategy, planning and project etc... Conventionally, these study involving tasks are carried out through experiences in regional practical research and also some relevant quantitative methods are developed. At the same time, quantitative theoretical analysis is often negtected. Having working hard for ten years, the author has built a four-dimensional holographie regional development study to combine corresponding variable analysis of areal structure and development science. On the basis of the theory study, further progress has been made in the theory about regional integrate development of combining metascience and operability, this paper presents the quantitative systematic analysis in the above field.
In the course of building this quantitative theory, the auther has studied many cases and examples about regional integrate development, these cases range from the whole country, administrative regions at all levels and some relevant areas. Most part of cases and examples has their practical significance, and the relevant measures and suggestions have been widely accepted hy regional governments.
