摘要
从盐地碱蓬 (Suaedasalsa)中克隆了甲硫氨酸合成酶基因的cDNA片段 .通过Southern杂交和Northern杂交对其表达特性进行分析 ,结果表明 ,同一盐浓度不同时间处理下、双氧水及冷害刺激条件下甲硫氨酸合成酶在碱蓬叶中的表达量先呈现减少然后增加的趋势 ;聚乙二醇 (PEG)透导下呈现下降趋势 .由此可见该酶在盐、氧化和低温胁迫条件下产生一定的反应 .
A partial cDNA clone,SsMS,which encoding methionine systhase gene(MS) was isolated from Suaeda salsa.Southern blot analysis showed that there was only one copy of this gene in S.salsa leaves genome.Northern blot analysis indicated that the expression level of SsMS in S.salsa was significantly increased after declining from the start in the leaves under the salinity、H 2O 2 and low temperature stress treated.The result showed that the SsMS gene may play an important role in protection S.salsa from damage under salinity stress、H 2O 2 and low temperature stress.
