摘要
用心电高频信息检测分析仪研究了电刺激大鼠迷走神经背核 (DMV)对心电活动的影响 ,分析了刺激前、刺激即刻、刺激后 4min和刺激后 8min高频心电图 (HF -ECG)的各项时域值 .结果显示 :①刺激前心率 ( 4 2 7± 5 6)次 min(x±SD ,下同 ) ,刺激即刻 ( 191± 96)次 min ,与刺激前相比心率显著降低 (p <0 .0 1) ,刺激后心率有回升的趋势 .②刺激前QRS波宽 (Ⅱ导联 ,下同 )( 14 .5± 1.3 )ms ,刺激即刻 ( 19.0± 3 .1)ms,与刺激前相比QRS波宽显著延长 (p <0 .0 1) .③刺激前QRSVp -p( 0 .5 2± 0 .12 )mV ,刺激即刻 ( 0 .3 7± 0 .10 )mV ,与刺激前相比显著降低 (p <0 .0 5 ) .④刺激前切迹数 0 .2 0± 0 .4个 ,刺激即刻 0 .7± 0 .8个 ,与刺激前相比显著增多 .结果表明刺激大鼠的DMV对HF -ECG的时域值有明显影响 ,DMV对心脏电活动有调节作用 .
The effects of electrical stimulation to the dorsal motor vagal nucleus(DMV)on cardiac electroactivities in rats were studied using a microprocessor ECG system.The results were as follows:①Heart rate was (427.0±56.3) beats/min before stimulating DMV and was (191.0±96.4) beats/min at stimulating moment (p<0.01),② The duration of QRS complex(lead Ⅱ) was (14.5±1.3) ms before stimulating DMV and was (19.0±3.1) ms at stimulating moment.It was significantly prolonged compared with that of before stimulating DMV(p<0.01),③Peak-to-peak amplitude(Vp-p)was (0.52±0.12) mV before stimulating DMV and was (0.37±0.1) mV at stimulating moment.Vp-p was obviously decreased in comparision with that of before stimulating DMV,④The number of notchs was 0.2±0.4 before stimulating DMV and was 0.7±0.8 at stimulating DMV moment increased significantly(p<0.05).
