摘要
概述了钛制海水冷却器吸氢与防护的有关问题。文章指出,钛在一定条件下会发生阴极吸氢及电偶腐蚀,必须采取阴极保护。在杭州湾海水情况下,吸氢临界电位为-0.69 V(S.C.E),阴极保护电位一般为-0.5~-0.75 V(S.C.E)。文章针对上海石化总厂各种冷却器的使用情况,提出了具体的吸氢防护对策。
Hydrogen absorption of sea water condensers made of Ti tubes and the protection methods are discussed in this paper. It is pointed out that cathodic protection should be used when cathodic hydrogen absorption and galvanic corrosion occur to titanium under given conditions. In Hangzhou Bay sea water, critical hydrogen absorption potential is -0.69 V(S. C. E) and cathodic protection potential is -0.50~-0.75 V(S. C. E).
