摘要
模拟实际WC-Co硬质合金中钴相成份制备出一系列具有不同W和C含量的Co基固溶体模型合金,采用适宜于同素异构体混合物的X射线联立方程推算出实际合金中两种Co基固溶体相的相对K_α~β值,得到了一种简易、实用和精确测定WC-Co合金中钴相结构的定量分析方法。
A series of Co based Solid solution simulative alloys with different contents(wt%) of wolfram and cobalt were fabricated for the experiment. The relative K_α~β value of two isomerides (α,β) in WC-Co alloy has been calculated by X-ray coupled equations. Thus a simple, practical and accurate quantitative analysis method for measuring the Co phase structure in WC-Co cemented carbides has been obtained.
