摘要
详细讨论了粉末体和致密体受力与变形的明显区别,并且研究了由此导致的粉末在压缩过程中表现的一系列流变特性。实验结果表明,粉末压缩过程所表现的应变推迟、压制蠕变、应力松弛等一系列流变特性依存于粉末的压制密度、粉末特性和变形速度。文章根据粉末体受力和变形特点提出了粉末体应变推迟、压制蠕变和应力松弛的流变机理。
In this paper, the obvious differences of the stress and deformation in the powders and the dense materials, and the rheological behaviors of the powders during the compression process are discussed. The results show that the strain delay, compression creep, stress relaxation of the powders during the compression process are closely related to the compact density, powder characteristics and deformation rate. Based on the stress and deformation characteristics of the powders, the mechanism of the strain delay, compression creep and stress relaxation of the powders are suggested.
