Gene therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.

摘要 编者:肝癌是一种高度恶性的肿瘤,目前首选的治疗方法仍然是手术切除,但复发率高。因此,对于肝癌的治疗更多考虑综合治疗。作为第4类新治疗模式的生物治疗显示出较好的前景,为当前肝癌治疗研究热点之一。为此本刊特约请从事相关研究的专家对肝癌生物治疗现状和前景进行笔谈。
