摘要
借助MTSTESTSTAR材料试验机的FatigueCrackGrowthTest应用软件 ,建立了材料的疲劳裂纹萌生寿命测试方法———柔度法。用该方法测试了HDSA车轮和LG61轮箍的疲劳裂纹萌生寿命 ,并与其它六种车轮的有关数据进行了对比。结果表明 ,HDSA车轮和LG61轮箍的疲劳裂纹萌生寿命分别比 915D车轮提高了 33.4 %和 35 .5 %。
The examination method of fatigue crack initiation life is established recur to MTS TESTSTAR fatigue crack growth test application software. The determination of fatigue crack initiation life of HDSA wheel and LG61 hoop is proposed in this paper. The contrast results is obtained from other six kinds of wheels. The results show that the fatigue crack initiation life of HDSA wheel and LG61 hoop is 33.4% and 35.5% longer than 915D wheel.
