摘要
目的探讨β受体阻滞剂在心血管病治疗中的作用。方法对β受体阻滞剂在CHF、AMI、心律失常、高血压、心绞痛、DCM、HCM、LQTS、NCS等治疗方法加以分析整理。结果展现β阻滞剂在上述心血管疾病治疗中的最新成果。结论根据上述不同的心血管疾病选择不同的β受体阻滞剂药物、剂量、疗程进行有针对性治疗及预防,对提高这些心血管病的治愈率、降低死亡率有重要意义。
Objective:To systematically review the application of β receptor blocker to cardiovascular disease.Methods:Data on β receptor blocker were obtained by review.Application of β receptor blocker to CHF,AMI,cardiac arrhythmia,hypertension,cardiac angina,DCM,HCM,LQTS,NCS were the focus of this analysis.Results:All applicable data on application of β receptor blocker to above-mentioned diseases were extracted.Conclusions:Accumulating data indicated that it would be of great importance to increase the cure rate and decrease the mortality of such diseases to select specific β receptor blocker and appropriate dosage and course of treatment according to different types of cardiovascular disease.
