摘要
目的探讨脑室内出血的临床救治方法,以期提高抢救成功率。方法68例患者综合评估病情后选择不同外科术式治疗,进行临床观察及分析。结果全组病例的死亡率(16.1％)低于文献报道的平均死亡率(33.8％)。结论 选择能疏通脑室梗阻、改善脑脊液循环功能的手术治疗方式是治疗成功的关键,脑室引流结合尿激酶灌注治疗脑室内出血是一种简单、安全、有效的办法。
Objective To discuss the indications and surgical methods of the treatment of Intraventricular Hem-orrhage.Methods 68 patient' s with Intraventricular Hemorrhage were treated with different surgical methods on the basic of patient' s condition and the therapy effects were observed.Results The mortality of 68 cases (16.1%) was less than the average mortality reported in document (33.8%) .Conclusions It is the key to the success of treatment of IVH to canal the intraventicular obstruction and improve the CSF flow and periventicular microcirculation.ventricular drainage combined with infusion of urokinase is a relatively easy and safe method of the treatment of INH and can effectively improve its prognosis.
