摘要
近年来 ,国内以中小企业集群的研究很多 ,但大都是从集群如何赢得竞争优势的角度来论述 ,而且对集群如何形成的问题上讨论不多。人文环境是浙江省中小企业集群存在的基础 ,在其形成和发展中大致经历了萌芽、羊群效应、马太效应、狼群效应以及后期的狼性转移等 5个阶段。
In revent years, there are many researches on small and medium-sized enterprises(SME)cluster in domestic, but most from the view of how the cluster win the competition advantges, and a few from the forming of the cluster. This paper expound the human and culture environment is the foudation of the existence of SME cluster in Zhejiang, and discuss the five phases in the SME cluster's forming and development process which are origin, hte gerd effect, the Matthew effect, wolves effect and the change like the wolf.
