摘要 釆用沉淀法合成了不同形貌的MoS_2纳米微晶。考查了煅烧温度、高分子分散剂对MoS_2纳米微晶尺寸和形貌的影响,对合成的球状和棒状MoS_2納米微晶用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行了鉴定和表征。计算了不同煅烧温度下MoS_2纳米微晶的晶粒度、微晶畸变参数,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)结果,初步探讨了不同形态二硫化钼纳米微晶生长的可能机理。 In this study, MoS2 nanocrystals with diverse morphologies were successfully fabricated via precipitation methods. The influence of calcinating temperature and polymer dispersant on the size and morphology of MoS2 nanocrystals were investigated. The obtained MoS2 nanocrystals with different morphologies, such as sphere-and rod-like patterns, were identified and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The grain size and lattice strain parameters of MoS2 obtained from different calcinating temperatures were calculated. And based on the SEM results, a possible growth mechanism was also explored.
