摘要
人力资本理论的形成动摇了长期以来以物质资本为中心的经济理论的主导地位,对经济发展的动力作了全新的解释。现今,人力资本理论更加趋于成熟,人们对于人力资本作为一种资本具有价值增值的特性认识得更为透彻,对其也更为关注,于是逐渐加强投资力度以积累人力资本存量。其存量主要表现为:健康资本存量和知识资本存量两种形式。本文主要就人力资本的重要组成部分、健康资本投资的重要性展开论述,进而探讨加强健康资本投入、促进价值增值的途径。
The forming of human capital theory has shaken the leading status of the economic theory regarding the material capital as center for a long time, which has done the brand-new explanation to the motive force of economic development. Nowadays, human capital theory becomes more and more ripe. People know the characteristic of value hyperplasia which human capital as a kind of capital has more thoroughly. And people pay more attention to it, then strengthen the dynamics of investment in order to accumulate the stock of human capital gradually. The stock is shown mainly as two kinds of forms: the stock of health capital and the stock of knowledge capital. The text will describe on the importance of the investment of health capital as one important component of human capital, and then probe into the way to strengthen the health capital input and promote value hyperplasia.
