三种用于CEREC系统的金刚石磨盘磨削性能的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :通过与CEREC磨盘的对比 ,对电镀和粉末冶金方法制作的金刚石磨盘用于CEREC系统时的磨削性能进行评价 .方法 :采用电镀法和粉末冶金法制作金刚石磨盘 ,以CEREC磨盘为对照 ,在CEREC系统上进行磨削试验 ,比较 3种磨盘的耐用度、磨削效率 ,并对磨削完成的陶瓷冠试件的表面形貌进行了扫描电镜观察 .结果 :粉末冶金磨盘的耐用度较电镀磨盘和CEREC磨盘有很大提高 ,电镀磨盘的耐用度最低 ,三者间存在显著差异 .CEREC磨盘和电镀磨盘的磨削效率均随其使用时间的增加而逐渐降低 ,但电镀磨盘磨削效率的下降趋势比CEREC磨盘更快 ,而粉末冶金磨盘的磨削效率基本保持恒定 .CEREC磨盘加工的陶瓷冠的表面质量优于电镀磨盘和粉末冶金磨盘 .结论 :电镀法和粉末冶金法制作的金刚石磨盘均可用于CERECII型齿科CAD/CAM系统 。 AIM:To evaluate the milling property of electroplated diamond grinding discs and powder metallurgy diamond discs by comparing with that of CEREC discs. METHODS: The durability and milling efficiency of electroplated diamond grinding discs and powder metallurgy diamond discs made in our lab were compared with CEREC discs and milling examination was conducted by CEREC II CAD/CAM system. SEM was used to observe the surface topography of the finished ceramic crown. RESULTS: The durability of powder metallurgy discs were better than that of electroplated discs and CEREC discs. The milling efficiency of both the electroplated discs and CEREC discs decreased with the increase of time, with electroplated discs decreasing faster than CEREC discs. The milling efficiency of powder metallurgy discs maintained at a certain level. The surface quality of the ceramic crowns made by CEREC discs was better than that made by powder metallurgy discs and electroplated discs. CONCLUSION: The diamond grinding discs made by electroplated technology and powder metallurgy technology can be used on CEREC II CAD/CAM system and the milling property of powder metallurgy discs is better than that of both electroplated diamond grinding discs and CEREC discs.
