摘要
目的 :探讨磷脂酶A2 (phospholipaseA2 ,PLA2 )在急性坏死性胰腺炎 (acutenecroticzingpancreastitis,ANP)大鼠肺损伤的作用及防治方法 .方法 :逆行性胰胆管注射 30g·L-1 牛磺胆酸钠建立ANP大鼠模型 ,分为对照组、假手术组、ANP组、ANP治疗组 ,测定各组血中淀粉酶、PLA2 及肺组织中PLA2 ,观察各组肺组织学改变 .结果 :假手术组与对照组比较 ,血淀粉酶、PLA2 及肺组织中PLA2 没有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;ANP组与对照组比较 ,血淀粉酶、PLA2 及肺组织中PLA2 水平明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,ANP组肺泡壁破裂 ,肺泡和肺间质有较多炎细胞浸润 ,肺血管扩张充血 ,周围有水肿 ,肺间质明显增宽 ,二组之间有显著性差异 ;与ANP组比较 ,ANP治疗组血淀粉酶、PLA2 及肺组织中PLA2 水平明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) .治疗组与ANP组比较肺间质改变明显减轻 .结论 :PLA2 在ANP大鼠的肺损伤中起着重要的作用 .PLA2 抑制剂可降低PLA2 水平 。
AIM: To study the effects of phospholipase A 2(PLA 2)on the injury of lung with rat acute necroticzing pancreastitis (ANP). METHODS: Rat ANP model was established by retrograde injection of 30 g·L sodium taurocholate into bilio pancreatic duct. Sixty rats were randomly divided into control group, false surgical operation group, ANP group and treatment group. In all groups, serum amylase and PLA 2 as well as the PLA 2 in lung tissue was determined and the histological changes of lung were observed. RESULTS: The average serum amylase, the average serum PLA 2 and the PLA 2 in lung tissues in ANP group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P < 0.05 ). The lung injury in ANP group was significantly more serious than that in control group. The average serum amylase, the average serum PLA 2 and the PLA 2 in lung tissue in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in ANP group ( P < 0.05). The lung injury in the treatment group was significantly less severe. CONCLUSION: PLA 2 may play an important role in the lung injury associated with rat acute necrotizing pancreatitis. The inhibitor of PLA 2 can alleviate the lung injury.
