摘要
目的 :分析 12 9例耳源性颅内外并发症的治疗方法及效果。方法 :回顾总结 12 9例耳源性颅内外并发症的临床资料。结果 :12 7例颅内外并发症治愈 ,2例脑脓肿死亡。治愈率达 98.5 %。结论 :经乳突腔填塞法治疗耳源性脑脓肿 ,疗效良好。彻底清除耳的病灶 ,形成宽大的外耳道口 ,可有效减少复发 ,提高治愈率。
Objective: To analyze the treatment measures and effects of otogenic intracranial and extracranial complications in 129 cases. Method: To sum up the clinical data of the cases respectively. Result: 127 cases were cured, 2 cases died of brain abscess, cure rate reached 98.3%. Conclusion: Packing drainage by transmastoid approach proves effective to treat the otogenic brain abscess.The lesions in the ears were cleaned completely, broad external acoustic meatus entry was formed, thus decrease the recurrence rate,and increase the cure rate.
