摘要
目的 :观察宫颈环扎术治疗妊娠期宫颈机能不全的效果。方法 :回顾性分析 2 3例用宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全的孕妇 ,其中 14～ 2 0孕周的 2 1例 ,2 6孕周的 2例。结果 :14～ 2 0孕周的2 1例均足月分娩 ,2 6孕周的 2例早产。结论 :宫颈环扎术治疗妊娠期宫颈机能不全效果可靠 ,手术最佳时机为 14～ 2 0周。
Objective: To study the effects of cervix cerclage in pregnant period with cervical incompetence. Method: Retrospective study was made on 23 cases in pregnant period with cervical incompetence. 21 cases of 14～20 weeks of gestation;2 cases of 26 weeks of gestation. Result:21 cases of 14～20weeks of gestation are full term delivery,2 cases of 26 weeks of getation are premature labor. Conclusion: The effects of cervix cerclage are dependable in pregnant period with cervical incompetence.The best timing of operation is 14～20 weeks of gestation.
