摘要
目的 :探讨四角圈簧根帽附着体在后牙游离缺失单侧修复中的应用。方法 :对 10例牙列游离缺失患者进行四角圈簧根帽附着体单端义齿修复 ,每件义齿设计两个根帽或一个根帽 ,一对 支托 ,观察附着体义齿的固位稳定性及咀嚼能力等。结果 :四角圈簧根帽附着体义齿固位稳定性好 ,能进行有效咀嚼 ,美观、舒适。结论 :四角圈簧根帽附着体是一种理想的修复单侧游离缺失的固位体。
Objective:To explore the utilization of four angles coil cable root cap attachment in single side distal extension removable partial dentures. Method: Ten distal extension were retained with two root caps or one root cap and a distal and medical rest. The retension,Stabilizarion and function of each denture were observed.Result:The removable partial dentures retained with four angles coil cable root cap attachment had good retention,Stabilization and function,and the patients'esthetic desires were greatly satisfied.Conclusion:Four angles coil cable root cap attachment is a promising retainer in single side distal extension removable partial dentures.
