摘要
在组织培养条件下,用甜椒小孢子单核期的花药进行培养,研究低浓度铁氰化钾(0.1—1μg g^(-1))对甜椒花药化学杀雄的可能机理。通过ATP酶的组织化学染色及扫描电镜研究,本药剂对甜椒化学杀雄的作用可能与抑制绒毡层细胞中的ATP酶活性有关,因而抑制花药壁的形成。
The male sterile effect of potassium ferricyanide treatment was examined on the anther of sweet pepper, during the mononuclear microspore phase under tissue cultural condition. The range of the effective concentration of the reagent is from 0.1μgg^(-1) to 1μgg^(-1).By the observations of histochemistry of ATPase and SEM, we can make a conclusion that the effect of sterilization is related to the inhibition of the activity of ATPase in tapetal cells and the formation of the exine of the pollen.
