脑缺血再灌注的利与弊 被引量：35

Advantage and disadvantage of reinfusion in case of cerebral ischemia

摘要 在缺血性脑血管病的基础研究中,人们谈论和研究最多的是缺血再灌注损伤,尤其在动物实验方面,大多数的基础研究者报道的论文均肯定缺血再灌注对脑组织的危害性, 使人们感觉到脑缺血再灌注的可怕性.可是,在临床方面,临床医师倒是想方设法去改善缺血性脑组织的血液循环,即再灌注,以达到挽救和保护神经细胞的治疗目的.因此,脑缺血再灌注到底利大于弊,还是弊大于利呢?这值得我们深思.
