摘要
目的观察CO2激光治疗宫颈疾患合并HPV感染的疗效。方法对宫颈糜烂及宫颈内瘤变合并HPV感染100例患者行激光锥切汽化。其中,细胞学HPV(+)病理HPV(+)宫颈糜烂20例,细胞学HPV(+)病理HPV(-)宫颈糜烂37例,CINⅠ+HPV(+)16例,CINⅡ+HPV(+)27例。针对不同类型的宫颈糜烂,根据其轻重采用不同的功率进行治疗。结果经过1～3次的治疗,不同类型的宫颈患者有效率分别为:细胞学HPV(+)病理HPV(+)宫颈糜烂95%(19/20),细胞学HPV(+)病理HPV(-)宫颈糜烂94.6%(35/37),CINⅠ+HPV(+)100%(16/16),CINⅡ+HPV(+)96.3%(26/27)。全部病例在治疗后随访2个月均未出现并发症,疗效满意。结论CO2激光汽化锥切治疗宫颈糜烂及宫颈上皮内瘤变后人体乳头瘤病毒基本消失,此手术简单、安全、效果好,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of cervical erosion and human papilloma virus(HPV)infection treated by CO 2 laser.Methods One hundred cases of cervical erosion and HPV infection were treated by conization with CO 2 laser,including:cytological HPV(+)and pathological HPV(+)20cases,cytological HPV(+)and pathological HPV(-)37cases,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)Ⅰand HPV(+)16cases,CINⅡand HPV(+)27cases.Results After1to3times laser therapy the effective rate was cytological HPV(+)and pathological HPV(+)95%(19/20),cytological HPV(+)and pathological HPV(-)94.6%(35/37),CINⅠand HPV(+)100%(16/16),CINⅡand HPV(+)96.3%(26/27).It may especially be helpful to achieve satisfaction.Conclusions This operation is a valuable method to spread because it is easy,safety and effective.
