摘要
由于很多粮食试样都有自身的颜色 ,对脂肪酸测定时指示剂终点的判定存在干扰 ,本文探讨采用电位滴定法测定粮食脂肪酸值 ,以△E/△V的电位突跃判定终点 ,从而避免了试样颜色对终点判定的干扰 。
When titration method was used for determination of grain fatty acid value,judgement of the indicator's end-point was often interfered by the inherent colour of grain samples.In this paper,the method of potentiometer titration method was studied.Based on abrupt change of electromotive force,the titration end-point was judged to avoid any interference of sample's colours.Furthermore,it may offer possibility for on-line analysis.
