自由基清除剂对干旱条件下小麦叶片膜脂过氧化的保护作用 被引量:1

Protective Effect of Free Radical-Scavengers under Drought on the Membrane Lipid Peroxidation in the Leaves of Wheat Seedlings

摘要 用4种自由基清除剂——维生素C、甘露糖醇、二苯胺和没食子酸丙酯及前二者与后二者的混合液喷洒停止浇水36h后抗旱性不同的小麦幼苗,然后继续干旱处理.24h后测定叶片膜脂过氧化水平(丙二醛)及膜透性.结果表明,除二苯胺外,其它自由基清除剂或其混合液都能明显降低膜脂过氧化水平和膜透性,混合液比单一自由基清除剂效果更好,在抗旱性较差的甘麦8号上效果更明显.从而间接证明,干旱伤害包含着一个自由基伤害过程. Four kinds of free radical-scavengers, namely vitamin C, manitol, propyl gallate, diphenylamine, and two mixtures of propyl gallate plus diphenylamine and vetamin C plus manitol are used to spray over 36 hours-unwatered wheat seedlings. Two cultivars Hongnong No. 1 (drought-resistant) and Gansu No. 8 (drought-sensitive) are used in this paper. The results showed that free radical-scavengers and the mixtures except diphenylamine reduced plasma membrane permeability and membrane lipid peroxidation in the leaves of two cultivars significantly. Moreover, the mixtures were more effctive than single free radical-scavenger. Gansu No. 8 is more sensitive to free radical-scavengers than Hongnong No. 1. These results means that free radicals took part in drought-injury. The functions of free radical+scavengers in plant drought resitance are discussed, too.
