小麦矮秆基因Rht_1、Rht_2对中、美品种杂种F_1生长习性的影响(英文)

摘要 1985~1986年用6个株高不同的中国品种(系)与3个含Rht_1、Rht_2基因的美国矮源杂交,连同亲本(P_1、p_2)和F_1共26个基因型,种植在美国爱达荷大学温室。每基因型5盆10株,测定了节间长、茎长、穗长、株高、每穗小穗数、每穗粒数和粒重,记载了抽穗期和开花期。结果表明,9个品种在研究的全部性状间存在显著差异;杂种F_1的茎长、株高、多数节间表现显性或超显性;第5节间(穗下节间)长与茎长、株高间、茎长与株高间、穗长与穗粒数间、抽穗期与开花期间,均呈高度正相关;但第5节间长与抽穗、开花期为负相关。 Twenty-six genotypes of wheat (triticum aestiv(?)m L.) were investigated in the greenhouse in 1985~1986. Throe American cultivars, Stephens with Rht_1, Nugains with Rht_2, and WA4303 with both Rht_1 and Rht_2, crossed to six Chinese cultivars, Fengchan 3, Aifeng 3, ZHF771, ZHF772, ZHF361 and ZHF21 with differences in plant height, got 17 crosses. A randomized design of 10 plants in 5 pots for each genotype was made for measuring lengths of all internodes, culm, spike and plant height, spikelets and kernels per spike, kernel weight and recording the date of heading and anthesis from 5 main culms of 5 plants for each genotype.The results indicated that all F_1 populations expressed dominance or overdominance for eulm length and plant height and most of the internodes. High correlations were found between internode 5 and culm length, also and plant height, culm length and plant height, spike length and kernels per spike, heading date and anthesis date. However, negative correlations existed between internode 5 and heading date or anthesis.
