摘要
研究结果表明,天然草场牧草中13种矿物元素含量呈明显的季节性变化,牧草含P量从夏草场的0.12μg/g降至早春草场的0.04μg/g;含Fe量则从夏草场的811μg/g上升到早春草场的4557μg/g;牧草中元素Mn与Fe之间有明显的拮抗作用,Fe过高则影响Mn的吸收;Mo、Cu比的失调。同样影响绵羊对Cu的吸收。通过全面分析对比,初步确定在新疆天山北坡乌鲁木齐地区天然草场上放牧的羊群,存在着P、S、Se、Zn、Mn和Cu6种限制性矿物元素的季节性亚临床症状的营养紊乱现象。
Results showed that content of 13 mineral elements in herbage grown in natural Pasture changed apparently seasonally. P content reduced from 0.12 μg/g in summer pasture grasses to 0.04 μg/g in early spring pasture grasses; Fe content increased from 811 μg/g in summer pasture grasses to 4557 μg/g in early spring pasture grasses. There was apparently antagonistic effect between Mn and Fe in the herbage, too mach of Fe content would affect Mn uptake by sheep, In addition, the unbalanced ratio of Mo: Cu also affected Cu uptake by sheep. By means of complete analysis and comparison, we identified preliminarily that the grazing sheep in Urumqi area of north sidehill of Tianshan mountain had seasonal sub-clinical symptomatic nutrition unbalance in P, S, Se, Zn, Mn and Cu six limiting elements.
