摘要
在新疆3个不同地区采集植株外部形态有较大差异的油菜野生材料,经体细胞染色体核型分析结果表明,染色体数虽均为2n=18,n=9,但其染色体核型具有较大的差异,在着丝点位置、随体及随体位置上表现最为明显。因此,我们认为新疆野生油菜是个不同于稳定种黑芥(B.nigra)的一个多形复合群体。
Wild species of rape which have greater differences among each other in external morphology were collected from three different areas in Xinjiang. The analysis of somatic chromosome karyotype showed that chromosome number was all 2n=18, n=9. But there was a greater difference among somatic chromosome karyotypes, especially among centromere locus, satellite locus and satellite. So we think that it is a composite population which differs from stable variety B. nigra.
