摘要
选取在PCA培养基上的36个编码性状,利用系统聚类分析的平均连锁法,建立了以中国的23种链格孢属(Alternaria)、1种单隔孢属(Ulocladium)和1种葡柄霉属(Stemphylium)真菌为基础的电子计算机鉴定系统。用这个系统对多花黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum)上的1个未知菌株(Alternaria sp.1)和苹果(Malus asiatica)上的3个未知菌株(Altermaria sp.2,Alternaria sp.3,Alternaria sp.4)进行鉴定的结果表明,A.sp.2为A.tenuis,A.sp.3为A.tenuissima,A.sp.1和A.sp.4为不同于上述23种链格孢的2个种。证明此鉴定系统具备比较、鉴定性能。
Based on 36 characters of 23 species of Alternaria, 1 species of Ulocladium and 1 species of Stemphylium, a preliminary computerized identification system with group-average method of hierachical cluster analysis for Alternaria and its similar genera was established. By means of which, 1 unidentified isolate, Alternaria sp. 1, obtained from Lolium multiflorm and 3 isolates, A. sp. 2, A. sp. 3, A. sp. 4, from Malus asiatica were identified. The results clearly showed that A. sp. 2 and A. sp. 3 were A. tenuis and A. tenuissima respectively; A. sp. 1 and A. sp. 4 which in somewhat resemble to A. chrysanthemi and A. tenuissima respectively, were different species from the 23 Alternaria speices in the system. The facts have proved the notable power of the breliminary System for comparison and identification.
