摘要
10个陆地棉品种,分两组用完全双列杂交方法4进行枯萎病抗性的遗传研究结果表明,群体的一般配合力方差均较其特殊配合力方差明显偏高;一般配合力偏高的性状,反映了基因型的加性效应占的比重较大,可有效地向杂种后代遗传传递;亲本品种抗枯姜病的强弱与杂种F_1的表现并不完全一致;抗枯姜病性状的狭义遗传力估算值,两组参试材料分别为42.6%和46.5%,均属中等偏高,表明早代选择有效。
A genetic study on resistance to fusarium wilt in 10 varieties of upland cotton was carried out by using complete diallel cross. The result showed that variances due to general combining ability of the populations were obviously higher than their variances due to specific combining ability. The characters with high general combining ability showed that additive effect of genotype was predominant and could be transmitted to hybrid offsprings. The extent of parents resistance to fusarium wilt was incompletely consistent with the performance of F_1 hybrids. The narrow heritability estimates of resistance to fusarium wilt in two groups were 42.6% and 46.5% respectively,which belonged to imtermediate to high rank and showed that early generation selections for resistance to fusarium wilt in upland cotton would be effective.
