摘要
用15mg/kg的ABT 4号生根粉浸种研究结果表明,ABT处理的春小麦叶面积指数、叶绿素和可溶性糖含量均高于对照;光合速率比对照高19.71%;叶水势明显改善;冠根比值较对照高12%。从而改进了产量构成,使单产明显提高,平均增产11%。
The results of soaking seeds in 15mg/kg ABT Showed that leaf area index,chlorophyll and soulble sugar in spring wheat treated with ABT were higher than that of CK,of which photosynthetic rate was 19.71% higher than that of CK. And the ratio of crown to root was 12% higher than that of CK. Leaf water potential improved significantly. Thus yield composition was changed,and unit area yield was also increased. And mean increased by 11%
