摘要
根据乌鲁木齐住宅套型模式的演变过程,分析了住宅模式的发展趋势,提出在中小型住宅中,半厅式起居型将成为乌鲁木齐今后套型模式的主流,指出了在这种模式设计中应注意的问题。
According to the analyses of process of change of house-type in Urumqi, dcvcdopmcntal tendency of it is pointed out, and it is thought that the half-hall-living-model will be the main trend of middle area housing from now on, then it is put forward that some problems should be paid much attention to in designing of this tcpc of housing.
