不同硒化合物对淋巴细胞代谢的影响 被引量:4

THE EFFECTS OF VARIOUS SELENIUM COMPOUNDS ON THE METABOLISM OF CULTURED IYMPHOCYTES

摘要 本文观察了不同浓度(10^(-8)~10^(-4)mol/L)的亚硒酸钠、硒酸钠和硒蛋氨酸对体外培养淋巴细胞DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成,ATP含量及GSH—px活性的影响,以比较3种硒化合物的毒性。结果表明3种硒化合物对DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成均有双相效应,在10^(-4)mol/L时亚硒酸钠抑制率高于硒酸钠和硒蛋氨酸(P<0.0001),ATP含量随硒浓度增加明显低于对照组。3种化合物的毒性顺序为:亚硒酸钠>硒酸钠>硒蛋氨酸。在实验浓度范围内GSH—px活性均高于对照组。 The effects of sodium selenite, sodium sehnate and selenomethionine in various concentration(10^(-8)~10^(-4)mol/L) on the syntheses of DNA,RNA and protein as well as the ATP content and activity of GSH—px in cultured haman ]ymphocytes,were observed in this aritice so as to compare the toxicities of these selenium compounds. The results showed that there existed biphasic effect of these Compounds on syntheses of DNA,RNA and protein. The relative inhibition rate of selenite was much higher than that of selehate and selenomethionine at concentration of 10^(-4) mol/L ( P<0.0001). The ATP content of selenite group was significantly lower than that of control as the concentration of selenium increased. The order of toxic effect was selenite >selenate>se—Met. In the experimental range of concentration, the activities of GSH—px were higher than that of control.
