摘要
本文对76名男性矽肺患者血浆、头发中Cu、Zn、Fe、Se、Ca、Mg含量进行了分析。结果表明:矽肺患者血浆Cu、Cu/Zn比值与对照组差异非常显著,且随矽肺进展Cu含量进一步增加,Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期矽肺差异显著,发Cu含量无显著差异;血浆、发Fe、Zn Ca含量均低于对照组,但无显著差异;Se含量低于对照组,差异非常显著;血浆镁含量显著高于对照组。
The contents of Cu、Zn、 Fe、 Se、 Ca、 Mg in plasm and hair from patients of men silicosis, were investigated in this paper. The result showed that Cu content, Cu/Zn ratio of plasm from patients were very different from the control. The Cu content of plasm from patients was raising with the progress of silicosis, grade-Ⅰ and grade-Ⅱ of silicon were difirent The Cu content of hair from patients was no difference with the control; The Fe, Zn, Ca contents of plasm and hair from patients were lower than those of the control. The Se content of silicosis patients was far lower than that of the control. The Mg content of silicosis patients was far higher than that of the control.
