摘要
本文以现代企业制度中委托代理现象为前提 ,分析了代理人在个人利益冲动膨胀条件下 ,会与供应商合谋 ,以虚报价格形式来欺骗委托从中获得利益 ,使市场上的交易费用提高 ,其结果会造成一种市场垄断因素增加。这正是我国东北很多地区经济发展不快的重要原因。
Based on the phenomena of trust agent in the modern enterprise system, an agent with the individual profit drive will ally with his supplier to gain benefit in the form of a false price report As a result, the market transaction cost will increase to increase the monopoly factor of the market which is an important reason that economy is developed slowly in many Northeast area in China
